Hi, I’m Ro-Ann, the founder of Waisted by Detox Central and the creator of Regula-ri-tea and See-loss Pro.

 

My wellness journey started from a very personal place. For years, I struggled with my weight, energy, and overall well-being. I tried almost everything, from fad diets to quick fixes, but nothing gave me the lasting results I was searching for. It wasn’t until I truly started to understand how the body works that I was able to make a real change.

 

Through fasting, natural detoxing, balanced nutrition, and consistent self-discipline, I transformed my health and body. The experience was life-changing, not only did I lose the weight, but I regained my confidence, my energy, and a deep appreciation for what true wellness feels like.

 

Wanting to help others experience the same transformation, I pursued studies with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and became certified in Nutrition, Weight Management, and Personal Training, with a special focus on Combining Supplements and Caffeine for performance and metabolism support.

 

Now, I use that knowledge, along with my personal experience to help others reset their health, achieve balance, and feel their best inside and out.
